Anchors. We all have them. Those things in our lives that provide us with a sense of stability and security. They tend to do their work quietly, below the surface much like the anchors that boats rely on. But in times of turbulence our anchors can fail us, leaving us feeling unmoored or sinking. This is such a time. The coronavirus pandemic has ripped away many anchors that you, your family, friends, and colleagues have depended on.
In this interactive 90-minute online workshop we will explore the concept of anchors. We will then break into small groups to begin the process of learning to adjust your anchors. You will be provided with a template for inventorying your anchors and thinking through the changes that you will need to make. There is no charge.
When I was a young boy my grandfather taught me how to play cards. Whenever I would complain about my hand he would tell me, “You don’t have control over the hand you are dealt; it is your choice as to how you play it.” Adjusting your anchors, and helping those you love learn to adjust theirs, will help you to better play this hand we have all been dealt.
With more than 300 people now completing this workshop, the demand has fallen off. I am happy to provide you with a one-on-one session. You can schedule here. Note that the appointment is for Adjusting Anchors.
