What This Is
Coaching is a space to think, reflect, and move forward with greater awareness and intention.
Sometimes we focus on a specific challenge. Sometimes a recurring pattern. Sometimes the deeper questions sitting underneath what is happening in your life.
The work is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in what matters most to you. There is no formula. No one-size-fits-all process.
Every conversation begins with where you are and what feels most important now.

When This Matters
There are seasons in life when the path forward is not obvious.
Sometimes the challenge is external: a new role, a difficult decision, a changing career, relationships, family responsibilities, school, identity, or uncertainty about the future.
Sometimes the challenge is internal:
confidence, self-trust, purpose, fear, burnout, loss, or the feeling that something in life no longer fits.
Often, it is both.
Coaching can help when:
- You are navigating change or transition
- A decision feels important, but unclear

How We Work Together
Coaching is tailored to your situation.
The work may be one-on-one. It may bring together leaders navigating shared challenges in a cohort. Or it may support a team working through growth, transition, alignment, or change together.
Some engagements are short-term and focused around a particular decision, challenge, or transition. Others become an ongoing space for reflection, accountability, growth, and support over time.
Sessions are available virtually and, when appropriate, in person.

Individual Coaching
The first step is a 60-minute conversation that includes both dialogue and coaching.
Together, we explore what is happening, what feels most important, where clarity may be missing, and what support could be most useful moving forward.
There is no cost for this first session.
It is simply a chance to experience the work and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
Group and Team Coaching
Group and team coaching is designed for organizations seeking to strengthen leadership, navigate change, or support groups facing shared challenges.
This work may involve leadership cohorts, intact teams, or cross-functional groups working through transition, communication, growth, alignment, or organizational change. The first step is a 30-minute conversation.
Together, we explore what is happening, who the coaching is intended to support, and what a coaching experience could look like in your organization.
