The Dickens Technique is a guided meditation that will help you to confront limiting beliefs, and to replace them with empowering beliefs. I was first introduced to it by Ryan Eliason; Tony Robbins is perhaps the most well known practitioner of this exercise.
This recording contains an introduction that sets the context for practicing The Dickens Techniques, followed by the guided meditation itself. It is important that you use this version the first time you do the meditation. While the recording itself is shorter, allow at least 45 uninterrupted minutes when using this recording. You should be in a private, comfortable space.
This recording is the same guided meditation without the introduction. It is recommended that you allow 30 minutes of uninterrupted time when experiencing this meditation.
