Individual Coaching

Through one-on-one coaching, you can develop the skills and mindset needed to move through the leadership challenges you face. Whether you bring your most immediate challenges into each coaching session or you complete a brief assessment in advance of starting your coaching program, the goal is to provide you with the understanding you need and to ensure that you have clear and immediate actions that you can take to help you move forward.

Individual coaching can be purchased separately or bundled with group or team coaching.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is designed for multiple leaders either in the same organization or across organizations. Your curriculum-based program focuses on the development of a specific set of leadership skills identified as important, or even critical, for the success of the participants. Frequent topics for curriculum-based group coaching include coaching skills for leaders, innovation, engagement, strategic mindset, bridging differences, and having difficult conversations. Participants complete prework in advance of each coaching session. During the session, the focus is on ensuring understanding and application of their learning. At the conclusion of each session, participants commit to specific actions based on what they have learned.
Group coaching programs can be purchased separately or bundled with individual coaching.

Team Coaching

Team coaching focuses on intra-team dynamics as well as the team’s relationship with others. Team effectiveness, trust, innovation, synergy, and workload are frequent topics for team coaching. Alternatively, team coaching can take place within the context of team meetings, bringing coaching into play when behaviors that may negatively impact team performance are observed.

Team coaching programs can be purchased separately or bundled with individual coaching.

Trusted Advisor

As a trusted advisor, I have two equally important responsibilities. The first is to bring my depth of experience to the fore clearly and candidly in order to inform decision-making. The second is to support the successful execution of the decisions that are made regardless of whether my advice was followed.
